  1. Measurements
    1. Length of horn. This measurement is taken along the front edge of the horn, from the base right along the horn length to its extremity. The tape must stride over the annular (age) rings and not be pressed in between the annulations.
    2. Circumference of horn. This measurement is taken at the base of the horn at the thickest place between two annular (age) rings.
    3. Overall spread as follows:

      If the over-all spread is less than 80% of the length of the longer horn 0 point
      If the over-all spread is between 80 and 84.9% of the length of the longer horn 1 point
      If the over-all spread is between 85 and 104.9% of the length of the longer horn 2 points
      If the over-all spread is between 105 and 110 % of the length of the longer horn 1 point
      If the over-all spread is more than 110% of the length of the longer horn 0 point.
